Alex was born to sell the South! Hailing from one of the largest southern cities, Dallas, Tx, Alex describes himself as a multi-dimensional being! His talents have allowed him to flourish within several industries!

After graduating from the University of North Texas, Alex entered the advertising sales industry as the National Sales Assistant for CBS Television Stations where he sold, "the intangible."

In 2008, he moved to Los Angeles flexing his creative skills as a member of a song production team. His vocals, melodies and lyrics have been heard on Tv/Film and songs placed with recording artists in Japan and the UK. The relationships he made in music have also allowed him to work with artists like Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, Jojo, MetroStation, Miley Cyrus and the cast of 2009's "Fame."

LA is also where Alex added Property Management to his resume. Los Angeles provided a clientele that is ultra high-end, requiring attention and a strong presence. As a leasing professional in the apartment industry, Alex was able to turn the toughest prospect into his best friend.

In 2015, Alex and his wife decided to call Dallas home. Alex immediately acquired his real estate license and closed more than 45 leases and home sales in his first year practicing. In 2019, he expanded his expertise, obtained a Florida license and began selling Central Florida! He sold almost $6 Million, his first year in Florida! Alex absolutely loves real estate, especially now that he gets to live and sell in the TWO most moved to states! Alex brings a lot to the Shore, including a well-rounded knowledge of Relocation, Income Properties, New Home Construction, a network of vendor partners, people skills, creative marketing ideas and the ability to make you laugh. There's no reason the home selling or home buying process shouldn't be fun! His motto is, "Let's have a blast while we find you your dream home!"
