Who is this coaching for?
Preferred SHORE agents who understand the real estate process and are ready to build stronger skills, follow a plan, and take consistent action. If you are still learning the transaction process, talk with your Preferred SHORE leadership team about whether mentorship is the right first step.
When and where do we meet?
The 12-week program starts September 29, 2026. Teaching is Tuesdays from 10–11 a.m. Eastern. Coaching and Q&A is Thursdays from 10 a.m.–noon Eastern. All sessions are online. The cohort calendar includes scheduled breaks; refer to your enrollment details for the full calendar.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Sessions are live and are not recorded. Plan to attend online so you can participate in the teaching, questions, and coaching.
How does the $299 monthly billing work?
Group coaching is $299 per month, billed only during the program. Billing ends when the program ends. If you need to cancel early, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
What is included?
All program teaching and group coaching/Q&A sessions, a structured 12-week curriculum, and weekly accountability around conversations, database growth, and completed lead-generation actions.
Is private one-on-one coaching included?
This offer is for group coaching. Private one-on-one coaching and private onboarding are not included in the $299/month offer.
